According to the statistic materials provided by one third of the exhibitors, the on-site transaction volume amounts to US$4,700,000 and intentional bargain US$7,592,000.

The 9th International Printed Circuit & Surface Assembly Exhibition (CPCA SHOW 2000) was held during Mar 21-24,2000 at Shanghai International Exhibition Center, China. With a total space of 6,000 sqm. and the participation of 176 exhibitors home and abroad, it gathered and displayed the most advanced technique and technology, equipment and material, and managing system of PCB industry in the world.

The exhibitors came from USA, British, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Israel, India, China Taiwan province, Hong Kong Special Administration Area, and China Mainland. Some of them are well-known PCB manufacturers and some are big international corporations.

The 3rd International PCB Report was held during the show period. Experts from USA, China and China's Taiwan province were invited to make speeches on standardization, market trends, technology development and so on. 12 seminars were also organized at the exhibition.

Members of WECC sent their delegates to attend the exhibition. JPCA and TPCA organized participation delegations respectively.

The Total number of visitors is 17,021 persons. The manufacturers occupies 77.56% of the total; trading agents occupies 22.44% of the total. The overseas visitors amounts to 469 persons.
